HOME:BEAUTY:HAIR CARE AND HAIRDO:ROUTINE CARE FOR HAIR

It is very important to take care our hair especially ladies. We always hear the phrase " A women's hair is her growing glory" as the way your hair looks can make or ruin your appearance completely. Beautiful hair completes any appearance. We have to keep our hair clean, moisturized and trimmed, so that it would remain soft, shiny and neat. There are many different type of hair: thick, fine, curly, straight and others. There are various ways of taking care of hair according to its various types.

CURLY HAIR
Since curly hair is prone to dryness, use a moisturizing shampoo and conditioner. After washing, you can gently blot hair dry with an absorbent towel. Apply few drops of silicone-based shine serum. Use fingers to detangle hair and allow it to air dry.

WAVE HAIR
Wash your hair with a shine-enhancing shampoo and conditioner. After washing, smooth and separate wet strands with wide-tooth comb, then spritz a silicone-based shine-enhancing spray from ends to roots. Use blowdryer to dry your hair with a tapered nozzle to direct air down the hair shaft and seal the cuticle.

STRAIGHT HAIR
Straight hair tends to lie flat against your scalp, where it can accumulate shine-dulling grease. So, wash straight hair with deep-cleaning shampoo daily and apply a clarifying gel treatment to roots once a week to prevent oil buildup. After blowing hair dry, use a flatiron to enhance sheen.

COMBINATION HAIR
Use lukewarm water to wet your hair instead of hot water. Use shampoo for normal hair instead of oily hair because the oily hair shampoo will worsen the dryness of your hair. After shampooing, apply rinse-off conditioner. You should not apply directly to your scalp as the scalp will produce a lot of oil. Rinse-off the conditioner with cold water to lock the moisture.
